$1.5 Million for a District Attorney Race; Could it be Coming to Michigan
Why would anyone be spending so much money to elect District Attorney’s around the country, well that is a question that you must ask yourself.
Liberal billionaire George Soros is spending all kinds of many in District Attorney races all around the country. Over the last few years, the very progressive billionaire George Soros has pumped millions and millions of dollars into district attorney races around the United States. Why, because he wants to get as many district attorneys elected that fit into his progressive ideological agenda.
The Washington Free Beacon is reporting on another $1.5 million dollars that Soros has dumped into the San Diego district attorney race. In the San Diego race he is supporting a very far-left candidate who spoke on a panel hosted by the liberal billionaire last year at the left's biggest dark money donor conference.
Dark money, I thought they were against this type of funding.
One reason might be found in something Andrea Dew Steele, president of Emerge America, a candidate-training organization for Democratic women said to a Politico reporter and that was:
The prosecutor exercises the greatest discretion and power in the system. It is so important…There’s been a confluence of events in the past couple years and all of the sudden, the progressive community is waking up to this.
What type of discretion is she talking about, letting criminals go or perhaps taking it easy on some of the crimes on the books when it comes to charging people.
Could this be coming to Michigan, I would say definitely yes. So be aware of who is funding your district attorney races around Michigan.
