22-Year-Old Man Arrested For Home Invasion In Battle Creek

A tip from a worker at a home led to a Battle Creek man being arrested on home invasion charges.

A contractor called police after chasing off the suspect around 8:30am Wednesday, in the 100 block of Devoll Court.  With a description, Battle Creek Police pulled over 22-year-old Mason Flynn near the 400 block of Iroquois Avenue around 9am.

Authorities found several stolen items in his possession, including jewelry.  Flynn was arrested and taken to the Calhoun County Jail, and is awaiting arraignment on a breaking and entering charge.

Police are investigating any possible connections to other area break-ins.
