Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man following an armed robbery at a restaurant in Springfield yesterday afternoon. Authorities responded to Bill’s Hotdog Factory on Military Street at around 3. Witnesses said the robber handed a clerk a note indicating that he was armed, and demanding money. Authorities tracked the robber across Begg Park and into Brookside Apartments where the man’s clothes were found discarded.   He is described as white, in his late 20’s, standing around 5’7”, weighing 260-270 pounds.
