After two long road trips, the St. Philip Fighting Tigers get their first game at the friendly confines of C.W. Post Field. For the reigning 8-Man State runner-up, they gave their fans something they have seen quite often the last few seasons.

They hosted the first of four games on their schedule Saturday night, as they tangled with the Tekonsha Indians. The game saw stellar defense, a couple of rare plays and the return of a senior captain.
