Already facing gun charges and a violation of the sex offender registration act, an Albion man was back in court yesterday, to be charged for his girlfriend’s death.  Jackie McConnell is now accused of Second Degree Murder in the death of Donna Frost.  Frosts body was found in a field near Albion Monday after McConnell was caught by authorities in North Carolina.  The victim’s family had reported the couple missing a week earlier after having gone a week without seeing her.  McConnell is expected to be back in court February 5th for a preliminary hearing.
