Are Your Passwords Secure?

CNN is reporting today that Russian criminals have stolen 1.2 billion usernames and passwords by violating the security of some 420,000 websites. It could be the largest breech of password security ever. Here's the story:

It's getting harder and harder these days to create more secure passwords, and for me, to remember what they are, considering how many passwords we seem to need today. How do you do it? Do you change your passwords regularly, like experts suggest?
