Battle Creek Business Has Windows Smashed, One Arrested

One man is in custody after he was caught inside of a business with smashed windows, early Thursday morning.

Around 1:20 A.M. Thursday, Battle Creek Police Officers responded to an alarm at a business in the 100 Block of North Avenue in Battle Creek.  At the scene, officers saw a broken exterior window and a man inside, so a perimeter was made around the building.

Authorities then entered, and arrested the 24-year-old male suspect without incident.  The suspect is now in custody, and will be facing charges of Felony Breaking and Entering.
