The Battle Creek City Commission returns to chambers tonight for their regularly scheduled meeting.

A public hearing will be tonight for the obsolete property tax exemption application of 180Urban’s plan to rehabilitate a building on Carlyle Street. Resolutions tonight include the possible approval of the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the Police Officers Labor Council, and the approval of the first phase of the design build for the next Police station.

The meeting begins tonight at 7pm at City Hall. A workshop will take place at 5:30pm to discuss panhandling in the area.
