Battle Creek Commissioners Announce Ethics Code Violation Meeting

The Battle Creek City Commission has announced a public hearing this month to determine whether or not one of their members violated the city’s code of ethics.

A press release from the city says the special meeting is the result of some comments posted to Commissioner Jeff Domenico’s Facebook page on May 30.

The meeting is scheduled for June 23 at 5:30 in the afternoon in the Commission Chambers at City Hall.

The Commission will decide at the meeting if the code of ethics was violated by Commissioner Domenico and what, if any, sanctions will be imposed.
