Battle Creek Police Chief Jim Blocker and Calhoun County Sheriff Matt Saxton talked with WBCK's Tim Collins about a rash of drug-related deaths in the city.   They talked about efforts to track down what may be a "bad batch" of illegal heroin, and efforts pull together citizens and organizations to combat the problem.
