Battle Creek Man Arrested After Stabbing Monday

A stabbing in Battle Creek led to the arrest of one man on outstanding warrants.

Officers responded to the 5200 block of Horizon Dr. around 4am Monday, on reports of a stabbing.  At the scene they found two subjects with minor wounds.  A 56-year-old woman was treated at the scene, while a 56-year-old man was taken to the hospital to be treated.

He was treated and then taken into custody, on outstanding warrants and a charge of assault with intent to murder.
