Battle Creek Man Injured after Occupants of SUV Fire Into His Car

A car-to-car shooting sent a man to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm yesterday.

Police responded to Bronson Battle Creek around 1pm Sunday, to get the story from the victim.  A 29-year-old man was in his car at the intersection of Orchard and St. Joseph streets, when a black SUV pulled to his side and shot at him several times before driving away.

The victim was taken to the hospital by his family for treatment of a non-life threatening wound to the arm.  If you have any info on this shooting, please contact the Battle Creek Police or Silent Observer.
