Battle Creek Man Treated for Knife Wound

Battle Creek Police responded to Bronson Hospital early yesterday when a man walked in with a knife wound.  Police say the man told them he was walking near Howland and Oaklawn when three men got out of a car and attacked him.  During the fight, the man was slashed across the ribs.  Investigators say the victim gave them little other information about his attackers.  Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Police Department or Silent Observer.
