The Harper Creek Beavers traveled across town Tuesday night to pick up their second win in as many nights by handing the Pennfield Panthers a 75-66 loss.  The battle on the hard boards saw nine lead changes and five ties.  The Beavers out-shot the Panthers from the free throw line, 62% to 50% and won the battle of the rebounds, 42-23.  Travon Johnson was the top shooter for Harper Creek with 26-points, followed by Khylen Watkins’ 18-points and James Cadena with 17-points and eight rebounds.  Top shooters for Pennfield were Ryan Lowe’s 23-points and seven rebounds, Aaron Brown with 17-points and Jake Grimes with 10-points.  Harper Creek’s record improves to 10-and-2 while Pennfield falls to 8-and-5.
