Benefit Concert for SAFE Place To Be Held November 4, 2017

The organizers of a free concert Saturday, November 4, 2017 in Battle Creek hope the event will spur donations for SAFE Place.

Singer Edye Evans Hyde joins the Terry Lower Trio at 7 p.m. Saturday for a concert at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 157 Chapel Hill Drive in Battle Creek. Organizer Richard Schlatter recommends folks arrive early, as seating is capped at 300.

Hyde was named 2011 West Michigan Jazz Society Musician of the Year, and performs jazz, blues and pop music around the world as well as in West Michigan.
