Bicyclist Killed on Mackinac Island

A woman was killed on Mackinac Island when she fall off her bicycle and  was run over by a horse-drawn carriage.

It happened on Tuesday on Main Street near the island's public library.  Police say Gail Johnson, of Llano, Texas was pronounced dead at the island's medical center.

Authorities were checking to see if she suffered a medical problem before the accident and an autopsy is being done.
