After scoring twice to open the game, the Battle Creek Bombers saw their night end quickly. Starter Cameron Ming (Arizona) would allow seven runs with one of them earned in just 2/3 of an inning as the Wisconsin Woodchucks would double up the Bombers 12-6 Tuesday night.

Lin Li (National Taiwan Sports) drove in two runs on two hits to lead the Bomb Squad offense. Four other players would drive in a run each in the loss.

Ming would take the loss on the mound to fall to 1-1 on the season. Fred Manke (Minnesota) allowed three runs in 3 1/3 of relief in his Bombers debut while fanning five. Three other hurlers would combined to allow two more runs.

The Bombers are now 1-3 on the eight-game road trip and look to avoid the sweep in Wausau tonight. Min Hsia (National Taiwan Sports, 0-1) will get the start for the Bombers. The Chucks will counter with Jared Skolnicki (Kent State, 2-0).
