Two, yes, TWO semis with over height loads hit the 100th Street bridge in Byron Township near Grand Rapids, causing damage they may shut down the bridge for 6 months for repairs.

On Friday, January 12th of this year, two trucks hauling shipping containers struck the bridge causing severe damage and stopped traffic for hours.

The crash happened just after 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, on northbound U.S. 131 when shipping containers on the trucks struck the overpass.
