Calhoun County Sheriff’s Discover Possible Stolen Property

Calhoun County Sheriff's Deputies have recovered possible stolen property, following an investigation.

Around 6:30 p.m. on July 22, Deputies executed a search warrant to the 4000 Block of Yawger Road in Bedford Township.  At the residence, they recovered two home safes that had been forced open, along with a collection of electronics, items that authorities believe were stolen from people's homes.

Deputies concurrently executed a second warrant to a nearby residence, where they found a marijuana growing operation.  However, the operation was determined to be legal.

Investigation into both searches continues.
