Calhoun County Sheriff’s Mounted Division to Hold Fundraiser

The Calhoun County Sheriff's Mounted Division would like to invite everyone to the 2015 annual Equestrian Poker Ride Fundraiser on Sept 26th, at 10:00 AM at the Fort Custer Recreational Area.  There will be a Trail ride/Poker run and lots of prizes.  Registration starts at 10:00AM and the ride goes from 11:00AM to 3:00PM.

The fundraiser is to raise money for the Mounted Unit to purchase and replace older, outdated equipment that is essential for the unit to operate.  The Calhoun County Sheriff's Mounted Unit currently consists of 12 members, who volunteer their time and services to help the Sheriff's Office with search and rescue, special events and parade details.

This is a great event to come meet and ride with the members and their amazing horses!  Thank you for your continued support, and we hope to see everyone there.
