Property owners are being sought after a large amount of stolen items were recovered by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say that they received a large amount of reports of thefts from vehicles the night of August 25, in the area of Capital Ave. NE near Garden. Deputies have been able to locate the suspects and several stolen items, and they have returned some of the items to their rightful owners.

However, the CCSO says that they have “numerous” hand and power tools left over, and they believe that some victims have either not reported the thefts, or they may not have noticed their vehicles had missing items. If you think they might have your property, authorities ask you get in contact with the Sheriff’s Office in Pennfield to identify the items.
