An official says completing a bridge linking Detroit with the Canadian city of Windsor, Ontario, is a priority of that nation's new government and will be completed on time. The Free Press reported Sunday the Detroit-Windsor Bridge Authority's interim chairman says it's a "top economic" project for new Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's administration. Dwight Duncan became the authority's interim chairman January 1st.
