Christopher Lockhart has now been arrested for the fourth time in a month in Kalamazoo County.

MLive reports that on Monday, the 47-year-old Lockhart was arraigned on a charge of felony tampering with an electronic device, for allegedly tampering with the alcohol tether on his ankle. Lockhart was wearing the tether after he was pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence, an offense that took place while he was out on bond for cutting utility lines on his neighbor’s house.

Lockhart first came under scrutiny after his wife, Theresa Lockhart, disappeared without a trace in mid-May a short distance from their Portage home. He remains a person of interest in her disappearance, although police say this string of charges he is facing is unrelated to the case of his wife.
