City Truck Recovered, One Arrested

Police recovered a Battle Creek City owned truck yesterday and arrested a man after the truck was stolen from a work site.  It happened at around 2:30 in the afternoon Wednesday at Fountain and Capital.  The city worker left his keys in the truck while he checked on the progress of the work and when he returned, the truck was gone.  Police say they caught up with the truck after other drivers reported seeing it being driven erratically.  The suspect was arrested pending charges of Unlawful Driving Away of an Automobile, and Drunk Driving.
