Former President Bill Clinton, scheduled to speak at Michigan State University, Wednesday night, was greeted by a motley crew of around 85 left-wing protesters.

According to MLive, Clinton was scheduled to speak at 6 PM., but a group of protesters managed to enter the building where Clinton was to speak and blocked a main entrance.

The group was protesting against “white supremacy and institutionalized racism at Michigan State University.” Their demands included the creation of a department of African-American studies, a multicultural center and a college of race, class and gender studies.

It was not reported whether Clinton felt their pain.
