The good news? Road conditions are as good Tuesday morning as they were Monday night. Drivers won't have to contend with new snowfall on roads for the morning commute, and likely won't for the next several days.

The better news? A warm up is on the way which will put temperatures in the mid-30s by late in the week and early this weekend. The National Weather Service forecast for Battle Creek also suggests the snow machine will take a break.

Mlive Chief Meteorologist Mark Torregrossa blogs that the warmer temps will represent a 40-degree temperature swing from the near-zero lows we've seen early this week.
