Did You Miss Dweezil Zappa Playing Kalamazoo? Watch a Similar Concert

Not every Frank Zappa fan was able to attend the Fifty Years of Frank concert, at Kalamazoo's State theater, on January 24th.

His son, Dweezil Zappa, faithfully recreated the sounds and sights of what a Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention concert would have been like when Frank Zappa was still alive and touring.

Complete with fantastic sound and wacky, but intricate, vocals, the audience at the State Theater left the venue with a satisfied state of mind, after visiting the world of Frank Zappa, beginning in the late 1960's.

If you happened to miss the show and have heard friends and fans say, “Ohh man..what a show..”, you may have regrets of passing-up the experience. But, thanks to the magic of YouTube, you can now experience the very same show that graced Kalamazoo, Michigan. This is the same show, but videoed in Fairfield, Connecticut in October of 2016.

If you have a smart TV or Roku player and can stream YouTube through your TV set, running it through a surround sound audio system, you can get a high-quality video and audio treat worth watching. You don’t even need to be a Zappa fan to enjoy this concert!

In your mind, you will be riding next to Frank, on your pygmy pony..gazing across acres of dental floss in Montana.
