Domenico Discusses Ethics Ordinance Concerns

Battle Creek City Commissioner Jeff Domenico, the lone dissenter in a vote of commissioners to pass an ethics ordinance recently, talked with The Richard Piet Show on WBCK about his reasons for doing so.

Domenico discussed concerns that the ordinance, which passed 8-1 on January 5, doesn't go far enough to ensure fairness on all sides were there to be an event that invoked the use of the policy.
