Drug Raids in Springfield

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says they raided homes in Springfield as part of drug investigations last night and early this morning.  A house on Briarcliff was searched at around 10:30 last night after deputies got a tip about meth activity.  A meth lab and some finished meth were seized and a 27-year-old woman was taken to the County Jail.  At around 2 this morning, Deputies raided a house on Harmonia Road and found another meth lab and some finished meth.  A 3-year-old child was removed from the home by Child Protective Services and charges are pending against a 42-year-old man.
