Emmett Township Officer Suspected in Sexual Assault

An Emmett Township Public Safety Officer was arrested by State Police yesterday on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct.  Investigators say the officer is suspected of assaulting a teenage girl in his home.  The Officer was placed on leave by the Department of Public Safety while the investigation continues.
