The Battle Creek Bombers took advantage of four La Crosse Loggers errors to win on Father's Day 5-4.

Just over 1500 fans in attendance saw the Bombers pick up their second straight win, with Li Lin (Taiwan) and Niko Pacheco (Cal State Fullerton) each putting up three hits. Pacheco, Dre Gleason (Austin Peay) and Dan Swain (Siena) had the lone RBIs for the Bomb Squad.

Min Hsia (Taiwan) allowed three runs in six innings to pick up the win on the mound for the Bombers. He's now 2-2 on the season. Mason Marshall (Brigham Young) closed out his third straight game and picked up his third save in as many chances.

The final game of the two-game series is tonight at C.O. Brown Stadium. The Loggers have yet to announce their starter, while Jordan Knutson (Missouri State) will make his Bombers debut at 7:05 p.m.
