Festivus Cardboard Sled Race Returns To Leila Arboretum

This is your chance to build your own cardboard sled and race it against others. Plus, Beer.

The BCMAMS (Battle Creek Metropolitan Area Mustache Society) is hosting it's 10th annual Festivus on February 3rd at the Leila Arboretum in Battle Creek. They describe it very simply. Make a cardboard sled, Race it, Get Beer. Plus there will be music and some big mustaches.

There are a few rules on building your sled,

Materials to be used for Cardboard sled construction:
1. Cardboard
2. Paint
3. Adhesive; i.e. glue, duct tape, used chewing gum and so forth

Pretty simple rules to follow. Just build your sled, bring your kids, and have a blast.
