Miles for Memories volunteers will again gather and "Adopt A Highway" on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. More volunteers are welcomed.

Michigan's "Adopt A Highway" program allows volunteers to clean up a highway area, and be so recognized as the ones who did - by way of special signs posted near their assigned area.

Miles for Memories will work on the on- and off-ramps at the I-94 and I-69 interchange on July 26. Volunteers should meet and coordinate at the McDonald's in Marshall at 3:45 p.m. Once volunteers are organized, the group will move out to the clean-up location and begin work.

Volunteer Michelle Lennon recommends those who report should wear long pants and closed shoes. Click the player above to hear more details.
