High School Football on the Road Tonight

After an exciting start to the High School Football season, we make our way west for the second Game of the Night in as many nights.

It is off to Richland tonight as we will see the Harper Creek Beavers take on the Gull Lake Blue Devils in non-conference action. The Beavers will look to add to the city's total wins in Week 1, as Lakeview provided the lone win on Thursday among three teams in action.

Eight area games fill up the Friday docket, which poses a short week for them in Week 2, with all but one team playing on Thursday next week.

Speaking of eight, it's the theme for all three area 8-man squads that begin their seasons tonight, with St. Philip on the road. Tekonsha and newcomer Bellevue will host.
