High School Football Recap – Battle Creek Central @ Lakeview

You can throw out the record books when it comes to rivalries within cities. For one of the Battle Creek city teams, the early season log on the schedule already proved one thing.

The Lakeview Spartans came to play, rested after a bye week, and hosted a Battle Creek Central Bearcats' squad that knocked them off in comeback fashion last year. The Bearcats were on the prowl for their first win of the season.

Friday night saw a completely different game than 2015.
