Historic State Police Post May Be Demolished For Parking

Battle Creeks vacant MSP post on Columbia Ave May be sold and torn down to add parking for neighboring business.

The 80-year-old building was vacated in 2011 when the State Police consolidated branches and moved to Marshall. Now it looks like it may be nearing its end. Signature Associates lists the location as "sale pending". Plus, we were told that the building is in rough shape and may very well be beyond repair.
