Hit-And-Run Driver Plows Into Kalamazoo Sheriff’s Cruiser

Authorities in Kalamazoo are looking for a hit-and-run suspect that crashed into a Sheriff’s Deputy Wednesday morning.

The crash happened around 5am at W. Main and Kendall.  The Sheriff’s Deputy was driving on W. Main, when another vehicle ran a red light on Kendall and struck the passenger side of the cruiser, causing the vehicle to slide and then flip over.

The Deputy is in good condition.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored car or minivan with heavy front end damage, so if you have any information contact authorities.
