Around here, most of us on the morning show couldn't function on a daily basis without that kick of caffeine from our friend coffee. In fact, in my case, there's just no way. That first swig puts me on-pace for the day.

Others of us need a Xanax after one swig.

So why is that? Why does coffee affect some people with motivation and other people with problems?

We asked Dr. Donald Bucklin, regional director at U.S. HealthWorks and Fox News contributor. He told us why coffee affects different people differently. He also dispelled some common thoughts that coffee isn't so good for us.
