In sports to have your name and number retired by a team is a major honor.  I wonder how  it feels when they raise your banner with it upside down.  That happened recently in Ft. Wayne.

According to Bardown,  the Ft. Wayne Komets had a banner raising ceremony for long time player Colin Chaulk before their game against Brampton.

They unveiled his banner upside down and to make it worse actually raised it to the rafters upside down instead of fixing it.  I would assume by now they've fixed it. An embarrassing way to honor one of your great players.
