Panthers Claw Past Olivet: HS Basketball

Senior Ryan Lowe scored nine of his team-high 13 points in the first half to lead the Pennfield Panthers to a 51-37 victory over the Olivet Eagles to open the 2014-2015 season. Lowe would add 11 rebounds and four blocks on the night, as the 6'10" center put on a defensive display in the second half alongside 6'5" junior Steffen Kinne, who also had four rejections. Brandon Rugg added 12 points on the night, while Kody Moore put down 11.

Brenden Whitely scored 13 points, with 11 in the first half for Olivet (0-1) in the loss.
