The final game of the 2015 portion of the High School Basketball season concludes tonight at St. Philip, as the Tigers host the Union City Chargers.

The Tigers (2-2) look to regroup after falling to the Colon Magi 54-50 at Sheila Guerra Gymnasium on December 19th, ending a two-game winning streak and opening South Central Athletic Association West divisional play with a loss. Tonight's game will be the fourth game of five-in-a-row at home for the Red and White, with this being the nightcap of a four-game day at the Tiger Den. Both Boys and Girls JV and Varsity games are taking place today beginning at 1pm.

The Chargers (2-1) enter tonight's contest looking for balance, as all three games have ended in lopsided fashion. They have had two large victories over Colon and the Athens Indians, while being hammered by the Hanover-Horton Comets.

Last season at McNett Fieldhouse in Union City, the hosting Chargers used several fast breaks off of rebounds to pull off a 58-35 victory over the Tigers.

Join me tonight at St. Philip for the broadcast, beginning around 7pm on the air, on wbckfm.com and through our RadioPup app through your smartphone or tablet.
