Holiday Tourneys Conclude: HS Basketball

The Bronson Vikings and Galesburg-Augusta Rams were both in action Monday, with the Boys teams looking for their first wins. The Girls squads were both looking for win number four in their records.

In the Boys games, Bronson dropped a tough battle with Kalamazoo Christian 51-47 to fall to 0-4 on the season. Galesburg-Augusta was no match for Sturgis in a 60-31 thumping, putting them at 0-3. The two teams take on each other in the consolation game of the holiday tournament at Galesburg-Augusta.

Both Bronson and Galesburg-Augusta squads will play in the championship games on the girls side, also at G-A today. Bronson upended a strong Kalamazoo Christian squad 43-34, while Galesburg-Augusta edged out Sturgis 44-38.
