HS Basketball: Local Girls Teams Advance in Regionals

Six area schools were still in the hunt for a Michigan High School Athletic Association championship in Girls Basketball on Tuesday night.

The Regional Semifinals took place with Lakeview, Marshall, Homer, Athens, Climax-Scotts and Bellevue looking to advance to the title game of their respective regions on Thursday night. Three of the schools played very close to home, including one on their own floor.
