The highly anticipated rematch of last year's Class B Regional Final saw a close battle until it became reminiscent of the year before. The Harper Creek Beavers and Otsego Bulldogs would trade buckets until a 10-0 Beaver run would give them the lead a majority of the first half, leading 36-35 at the half.

Like last year, the Bulldogs came back in the second half and started to pull ahead. Unlike last year, the Beavers went ice cold, shooting just 23 percent and scoring 15 points in the half to fall 66-51 to the Bulldogs.

Western Michigan commit Seth Dugan had a huge night for Otsego, earning a triple-double with 21 points, 15 boards and 10 blocks. Michael Williams led the Bulldogs with 23 points and Chris Pearl added 18.

Khylen Watkins scored 16 of his 20 points in the first half to provide the Beavers offense in the loss. TraVon Johnson scored 14 while snagging eight rebounds. James Cadena hit two threes, part of 10 points on the night.

In other action, the Bellevue Broncos fell at home in their regional semifinal in Class D, concluding the schedule in Boys Basketball in the area.
