HS Basketball: Panthers Pounce To SCAA West Title

The Climax-Scotts Panthers used the perimeter game to take out the St. Philip Fighting Tigers and take in the South Central Athletic Association West Division title.

Dallas Froberg scored a game-high 26 points to lead the Panthers to a 75-52 victory over the Tigers. Riley Boomershine added 18 and Zach Harris chipped in nine for Climax-Scotts (12-6), who avoided dropping their third straight.

Zach Nelson was the lone player in double digits for the Tigers (7-10) with 18 points on the night. The loss ends a three-game win streak.
