Our WBCK Game of the Night showcased two city squads and momentum swings that made it one of the best games this season.

The Pennfield Panthers opened their road game at Harper Creek with 13-4 run. The hosting Beavers in return would tie it up at 15-up following a 11-2 run of their own.

A key three-point play from senior forward Steffen Kinne would provide the edge in the fourth quarter for the Panthers, as they would pull away and defeat the Beavers 80-67 in this Interstate 8 matchup.

Kinne would score 10 of his team-high 20 points in the final period for Pennfield (3-2, 1-1 Interstate 8), who topped Harper Creek for the first time in five seasons (conference and non-conference combined).

Junior guard Ron Jamierson added 17 for the Panthers, along with 16 from his cousin, Fran Jamierson.

Jeremiah Davis would put up 10 of his game-high 25 points in the third quarter in the loss for Harper Creek (3-3, 2-1 Interstate 8). He would provide the spark to put them ahead 53-50 after three quarters. Taylor Antes would add 19 off the bench, including five buckets from three-point range.
