HS Basketball – Fighting Tigers Trounced at Home (VIDEO)

Two of the top teams in the Southern Central Athletic Association squared off to begin a four-game week on 95.3 WBCK.

The St. Philip Fighting Tigers have been rolling since their opener two weeks ago against the Bronson Vikings. Heading into Monday's contest with a 4-1 Pittsford Wildcats squad out of the SCAA East, the first true challenge of the 2018-2019 season arrived at Sheila Guerra Gymnasium. For Pittsford, they were looking to extend their winning streak to five games after opening the season with a loss.

There were only three other games that involved area teams, with three involving other SCAA squads and the lone team out of the Big 8 in Homer.
