In all modesty, I admit it's true.  I appear to have a gifting in this area.

I'll prove it.  All right.  Ready?  You, yes YOU were just wondering to yourself;

whatever happened to the young actress who played Gwendolyn "Winnie" Cooper on "The Wonder Years"?

Was I right?  I thought so.  Thank you.  Now, I have to be honest.  You really can't give me too much credit for figuring this one out. Truth is, it seems that many people wonder the same thing each and every day around the world.  It's true!  So, it was kind of a chip shot.

Danica McKellar is her name.  She was born January 3, 1975 in La Jolla, California.  She starred on "The Wonder Years" with actor Fred Savage.  While the show was a success, like many young actors, Ms. McKellar found roles hard to come by after the series was ended and she had matured.

McKellar studied mathematics at UCLA, graduating summa cum laude in 1998. As an undergraduate, she coauthored a scientific paper, and has written several mathematics-related books primarily targeting adolescent readers interested in succeeding at the study of mathematics.  On top of that, she did this really cool math video.

And no, I didn't understand any of it.
