We are lucky here in our area to have a classic old school drive in with the Capri in Coldwater.  Nashville, Tennessee is getting an indoor drive-In. Could you see one here?

According to Fox 17 News in Nashville TN,  The "August Moon Drive-In"  will open in Nashville in 2018.   It is not a typical drive in as it will be indoors under a dome. It is set to feature classic cars plus everything to make it feel like your outdoors watching a movie.

I always wonder if someone would try to do something like this.  It reminds me of the old Sci Fi Dine-In Theater that is at the Disney Hollywood Studios in Florida.

You will have the option of either sitting in one of the cars or you can sit out under the stars on a blanket.  It is also set to have the largest non-IMAX screen in the country.

This could be perfect for Michigan as it would give you the option of going to a drive-in all year.  It looks like it would be a great fit anywhere in the country.  I would go if we had one here.

Could you see one of these in our area?

We will see how it does when it opens in Nashville, Tennessee next year.

Check out more details and see what the theater will look like at August Moon's website.
