12-year-old Rose McGrath wants to help advance childhood cancer research. She understands first hand why it's so important: She herself has fought leukemia.

That's why Rose and her folks have put together an event set for this Wednesday, January 7 called "Jump to Support Childhood Cancer Research" at the Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Kalamazoo. Proceeds will benefit St. Baldrick's Foundation, which seeks to advance childhood cancer research.
